OUR RECRUITMENT MODEL

We provide permanent recruitment on a contingency basis: our recruitment fee becomes payable when a candidate we introduce starts work with your organisation, in accordance with our agreed terms of business.
There is no upfront recruitment fee under this model. We agree the fee and terms before starting your search, so you understand the arrangement from the outset.
